The Professional Building Card (TPC) is a document that accredits the worker´s training in prevention matters, according to the General Collective Agreement, and his employment history.
From 31 December the Professional Building Card will be obligatory for working in building.
What advantages gives being a holder of a TPC?
To accredit that the worker has received formation and training on prevention matters and the suitable personal protection equipment, according to the General Agreement in the Building Sector 2007-2011 and the Article 10 Law 32/2006.
- To accredit any other type of training received by the worker.
- To accredit the worker´s professional category and experience in the sector.
- To accredit that the worker has passed the required medical inspection by the Agreement.
- Facilitate the services of the Fundacion Laboral de la Construccion.
Trafik is registered to give the TPC
- Check at authorization at Fundación Laboral para la Construcción.
